In-house Lawyer in Legal Department.  Drafted and reviewed contracts, represented the bank in litigation matters and provided litigation support to branches of the bank.

Acted as member of Chinese Delegation to attend the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Working Group on International Contract Practices 30^th session on the preparation of a uniform law on assignment in receivables financing.

Represented Bank of China at the Preventing International Financial Fraud Conference in Lyon co-sponsored by International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) and International Banking Security Association.
